Seim Interactive is a technology company based in Argentina. This page explains what data we keep when you contact us or use our sites, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.
What we keep
- If you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp or our site: your name and username, what you tell us in the conversation and, if you came from an ad, which one.
- If you fill in a brief: the answers you submit.
- If you browse our sites: anonymous usage data and Meta measurement cookies (for example, that you visited a page or tapped the contact button).
What we use it for
- To reply, understand what you need and prepare a proposal.
- To measure which ads work and improve how we invest in advertising.
- We do not sell your data or use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry.
Who processes it with us
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook), where messages and ads come from.
- Google Firebase, where inquiries are stored securely.
- Anthropic (Claude), which helps us summarize and organize conversations. It does not use your data to train models.
How long we keep it
- While we have a business relationship and up to 24 months after the last contact. Then we delete it.
How to ask us to delete it
- Email hello@seiminteractive.io with the subject "Delete my data" and your username or phone. We delete it within 30 days and let you know.
- You can also ask to see or correct your data at any time.
Your rights are protected by Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the authority for that law, handles complaints from anyone who considers their rights affected.
